- 10% Full Management Fee
- 8% Tenant Find Plus Rent Collection
- 7% Tenant Find Only Service
Rates above do not include VAT.
Unlike some larger companies we don’t charge for Landlord Agreements or renewals. We also provide additional services, such as empty care and sourcing white goods on behalf of landlords.
